We offer a variety of classes for every level and interest. Each class is capped at 6 people so everyone recieves the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please register online. 



From beginner pole fitness classes, to advanced competition training, we are sure to have a class that matches your fitness goals. Learn climbing techniques, spins, transitions, inverts and more! Check our online schedule for specific class descriptions.


Also referred to as Aerial Hoop, Lyra is a metal hoop suspended from the ceiling. Students learn different tricks, transitions, mounts and dismounts to maneuver in, out and around the hoop. Check our online schedule for specific class descriptions. 

Core Conditioning

Here, we combine various strengthening and aerobic exercises both on, and off, the aerial apparatuses to help you strengthen the core, increase stamina and improve balance in preparation for all those magical aerial tricks you want to master!

Pull Your Weight

Train your body to effortlessly lift and properly support itself by improving your form, practicing different climbing/mounting techniques and strengthening muscles through body weight resistance exercises.

Let us help you prepare for your next competition! Along with all of the hands on guidance of choreography and training, we offer an amazing support system of coaches, fellow athletes and aerial family.

Chair Dancing

Have a seat and learn all the ins and outs of chair dancing! Learn a full choreographed routine that's sure to please! 


Pole parties are a great way to celebrate! Let you hair down, shake your money maker, dance in heels and take lots pictures, while you learn a short beginner pole routine. 


Liquid Motion

Taught by our certified Liquid Motion instructor, this class is fun for adult beginners and intermediates alike. Learn how to move like liquid across the floor and around the pole. We recommended students wear layers of clothing and knee pads.


Test Drive

Learn to use different apparatuses to conjure your inner enchantress and keep your audience spellbound in this exotic flow dance class.



Come ready to shake your butt, burn calories and up your cardio game in this fun class! No experience needed…twerk techniques will be taught making this a great class for all levels! Don’t forget your knee pads!

Open Studio

Open to any level of practice, the studio is available for students to perfect their skills, or squeeze in some extra aerial time!
